So going back previous post, i can't believe i was such a jerk that i actually left you guys with pictures without a word about it. So now, i'm feeling really guilty and would love to amend and repent from my mistake by at least telling you briefly what happen there. But sorry, i'll remain an ass so as to prove my point how annoying it can get.

My article. (Theoretical thoughts)
Alright boys and girls, prepare your lecture notes please, welcome to Basil Osward Theoretical Bullshit University. Are your pens and papers ready? Here it goes. It can get a little boring.
Have you ever wondered why it took so long for me to ever write a post. Or at least, why is it in monthly basis and not daily or weekly like most people. Many would say it is just plain laziness of updating a blog. But i say, I'm firstly ensuring quality in my end product, and at the same time creating a supply and demand. Let me first begin with ensuring quality in my end product.

How is blogging once a month helping with its quality?
Take for example, take a look at the majority(not all bloggers) of the daily bloggers. They are not really blogging actually, what u read from them is more of a mere expression of their mood for that particular day actually. Really very often you can tell whether that blogger had a good day or a bad day just by reading what he/shes writes. Also another thing about blogging daily is that the blogger interest in blogging will slowly decline gradually, thus compromising its writing standards. Going back on how monthly blogging helps its quality. Firstly, there is a larger time frame from the start to the end of a month instead of just a day, that gives more things to talk and share about. Another thing, it is concerning the bloggers interest to continue blogging, cause blogging too often can cause a decline in interest in writing, it is like doing accounting everyday. In summary, writing blog with quality is to create a demand for people to read the blog. Enough said on quality blogs. By the way, i'm not saying that i'm a good blogger and the rest sucks nor am i implying anything.

Moving on to supply and demand. I'm sure most of you knows and even understand the theory behind the supply and demand curve right? In simple words, a value is determined by the supply and demand, an increase in supply will cause a decrease in value, and a decrease in demand will cause an increase in value. That simple. Now here comes my theory, blogging in a month creates low supply of blog entries compared to the dailies. This will result in an increase in value to readers, and thus people will cherish it more as there isn't a lot of it around. Here is an exaggerated illustration for a better comprehension on what i mean. Compare a bowl of genuine shark fin soup to a plate of chicken rice taste just as good you can have everyday. Everyone knows that shark fin isn't that available in the market, and your chicken rice on the other hand has a perfect competition, as it is sold everywhere in Singapore. So what happen is that since chicken rice is readily available because of its high supply, the value people place of it has decline although it serve the same purpose on filling the stomach. With this, i can also put it in another way is that people starts to neglect its purpose when there is high supply hence reducing its value. Same concept works for blogging, less supply, more demand, conclude increasing value. Class dismiss.

Back to the present on the happenings.
So lets begin by showing some of my classics and highlights. Beginning with the opening pictures of BASIL'S ANIMAL SHOW. Yup!. Not the FRSC animal show to those NYP readers, but the BASIL's ANIMAL SHOW. get this clear.

Yes i know, some of you think it's some kinda freak show, well, i'm just appreciating nature here. These are pictures of a baby house gecko, it was crawling on my table, so i decided to play with it. Surprisingly the little guy didnt drop its tail.

Moving on..Recently it was my dad birthday. We celebrated it at Oasis which is at Toa Payoh. We walk around the garden and took some really romantic pictures. Haha. Guess what!?? My parents wedding was held there at that garden, cool eh. So it must be really lovely for both my parents.

Me and the tree.

Haha, i love this tree man, you know something cool about toa payoh at their little park, all the trees seems to be leaning towards the pond. Strange, but yeah. cool. Anyone? can give me a reason for the trees leaning towards the pond?

Alex birthday. Our cell group decided to take the place of Mojojojo, and created a little mess on this poor boy face. Well, we began by blind folding him, then tying him to a flag pole at tampines, after that, took the blind fold out and made him a mess.
