Okay. Continuing on for LTC 2008.
Introduction...

HuaiXin and I, once again, after dunno how many camps, we're still together in the same group, but this time, facilitating. Our group, group 3, that adopted the name "raiders" or "reders" or "red", sheesh, honestly, we've got no idea which was the exact name till now. How this name came about was from our red banner we were given.

This is the boss of this Leadership training camp. His name is Thiam Wei.He is a great leader, and an awesome friend. He is very respectable in my opinion.
This is my group. I would say probably the nicest group ever in the whole entire LTC. Every facils were like in love with my group cuz they were the most obedient group in the entire camp. Okay yes, they may not be very loud, but they certainly have great values in their life and will come out to be excellent OGLs in the future.

Well, my group was pretty cool, we had like half a group of motion sickness people. In the bus, we had to provide them with sweets. And sweets were kind of restricted in that camp. -_-"
Planes flying over our head like just 100 meters away from us was common a common sight. The sight of it was majestic but the sound coming out of it sounds as if the plane was cursing and swearing at you, it was horrid.
The beach was clean and clear. The weather was splendid.
So hell begins, we started by making them standardize their bunks and ensuring it is neat and tidy. We made them redo when we are not satisfied. Made them hurried for every point of gathering. And for every second they miss, they owe us 1 push up. We were fierce to them. We started out with ice-breaking games.

And then the 4 of us just sit and watch them do all the funny things we make them do. Pretty cool eh.

They cook their own meals with solid fuel, mass tins, and a little ingredients we've provided them.

By the time of all the ice breaking activities, it was night already.
And so we played candle wars. 2 rounds of it. Our group won the 2nd round. Haha. crap. but i dun have a pic of how our strategy was. but even then, it was also thx to the help of group 4 that we kinda own the rest.
After that, we had this night walk with everyone all blindfolded. As facils, we tickled them and spayed water at them. Making fun of them all.

Day 2
Started the day with morning physical training. After that it was the water games and canoing. Well, once again, my poor group who mostly suffered from motion sickness weren't really very keen of it.

Water games...
The day was hot, but the water bombs were cooling. Best time ever to play water bombs. The water bombs were made out of sea water. Once kena by the bomb, you'll smell like sushi.

Raiders!! Wooo...Eh. Paiseh ah that time, i had to join the other group to challenge u all. Then u all lose. Sorry .. but dun worry. i still love you pple okay.

After wet games, we had our lunch, then had feedback session with with Thiam Wei, the boss himself.
Okay, lets have a closer look at him...hmmm...nice thighs he got there.
Okay. So we had kayaking right after briefing. Poor group of mine. Suffered most in this event. All my motion sickness members have to skip this event. sigh. only half of my group could bare the treacherous waves of Singapore.

After all the water games and kayaking, we had an outdoor cooking competition. Once again, they were only given a limited amount of ingredients and made to cook. Mr Hang was the judge. Pretty funny.

Well, after much tasting from food with sand in it to those severely under cook food. He voted that team UNO was the best. 3 Cheers to you UNO.

Finally, day 2 was coming to the end with the final 2 event, perform their skid and Ugly Betty.

After all the tiring events, we had our briefing as usual, then we went to celebrate Thiam Wei, the boss of the camp, birthday.

Haha. I guess we kinda surprise him that we knew it was his birthday, yup.

Day 3[The last day]
Well, dun have much pics for that day cuz as facils, we were busy giving hell to the campers. 3am sharp. So no pictures to do the telling of story for me. So this is how it went. The alarm goes off and as facils, we rushed in into their bunks and started shouting at them to get up and pack their bags and assemble below their bunks in 5 minutes. However, 5 minutes was too short for them and them and everyone had to get down to push up position and hold there. After we spot check the bunks, the bunks had things left behinds such as shoes and socks. So everyone had to stay in that push up position until everyone have claim their items. Another spot check was done, this time, the bunks were dirty, and so volunteers were called up to clean the bunks while everyone remain at that position. Bunks now clean, and everyone still at push up position, Thiam Wei gave a command to get up relocate themselves with their bags in 10 seconds underneath another bunk as it was pretty sandy at were they were doing their push up position. However, they were too slow and they were made to get back to the sandy location with their bags. They did it several times but to no avail. So they all got back to push up position and thiam wei gave 2 minutes to those who hasn't pack their bags to get pack them properly at their bunks. Once all is done packing their bags, they were again given another 10 seconds to go underneath the bunk to place their bags. They made it on time this time. But however, in the process of panic, many left many rubbish behind. and so they were made to go back in their push up position at the sandy place and had a short lecture. So again they given 10 seconds, but this time with no rubbish left on the floor. They made it. In total, these campers have stayed in the push up position of at least 30 minutes.
After all the torture, we played black market where it consist of several station and task has to be completed in order to proceed. Then breakfast then camp closure. Yay. finally finish this post.

Okay guys, especially raiders, i certainly did enjoy the camp with you guys, and I'm looking forward to have an outing with u all. Hopefully one of you guys can do the organizing of the gathering. I love you guys and if i had a second LTC with the same groupings, I'll certainly pick you guys again.
